Exam sitting urgent help me

Hi elgibility details are as follows

From 2nd sem to 3rd sem
you have to pass atleat 12 subjects out of 16 subjects.

From 4th sem to 5th sem
you have to pass all the subject of 1sem and 2nd sem
and you have to pass atleat 12 subjects out of 16 subjects in 3rd and 4th sem.

From 6th sem to 7th sem
you have to pass all the subject of 3rd and 4th sem
and you have to pass atleat 12 subjects out of 16 subjects in 5th and 6th sem.

[b]I have arrears in I sem and II sem total 6 exams due :

can i eligible for 3rd sem guys pl help my friends say u r not allowed to write 3 cem
is there any such rule in VTU help guys going to sleep bye
